Amazing service and delicious food. When we arrived, we discovered that we had booked a table at the wrong restaurant - oops. However, the staff were fantastic and within ten minutes had found us a table. We were served by Deny, who was absolutely amazing, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and atmosphere brilliant, this felt like a traditional visit to TGIs and we will definitely be returning.

Visited today for some beverages before my movie at the nearby Odeon. I was served by Daniella who was lovely and swift with her service and was always checking back on me. The cocktails were great and the Purity Session IPA was lovely. I didn't eat on this visit but have eaten at this location many times before and the food is lovely.

We went to TGI's for bottomless brunch and it was fabulous. Kirsty took care of us, made sure the drinks were flowing and answered my many questions. Fantastic day!

Lovely decor. Lovely atmosphere with upbeat music. Chips well cooked. Burgers well presented. Brilliant service. Waitress Becca was really nice and positive. Had the Fridays glazed chicken burger and really recommend. Would come again!

Grace Made Our Night Went to TGI Fridays on Saturday with a group of 8, and while the food and vibe were great, it was Grace – our server – who truly made the night. From the second we sat down, Grace had this amazing energy. Friendly, confident, and totally in control – like she was born to run the floor. Managing a big group isn’t easy (especially when everyone’s ordering starters, mains, and a bunch of drinks), but she handled everything flawlessly. Not a single mix-up, no long waits, and every request was sorted in seconds – and always with a smile. She didn’t just take orders – she looked after us. Checked in at the perfect times, kept the mood light, joked with us, made sure everyone had what they needed without ever feeling rushed or forgotten. That kind of service is rare. It felt like we were in the best hands all night. The food was great, don’t get me wrong – starters were solid, mains were generous and tasty – but honestly, it was Grace that made the whole experience special. She made us feel welcome, relaxed, and genuinely taken care of. If you go to TGI Fridays and Grace is working, you’re in for a good time. 10/10. She deserves a raise, a bonus, and all the recognition.

We had a lovely experience at TGI Fridays. Kirsty, who served us, was absolutely fantastic—especially with my daughter and her friend. She was friendly, attentive, and made them feel really special. The food was also excellent—everything was delicious and served promptly. Great service and great food made for a wonderful visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Served by Louis who was absolutely amazing. He was so genuinely kind and just made the experience so enjoyable. I hope he gets noticed for his incredible service, he’s a really nice person! In general whenever we go to TGIs the people serving are always super friendly.
